What is the return policy on Coyu.com?


Return and Exchange policy for orders delivered outside India -

1. For products which are 'in-stock': Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, with refund to original payment mode.
2. For products which are 'made to order': Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, with refund in the form of store credits which are reusable for any other purchase on coyu.com for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
3. Restocking fees equal to 20% of Maximum Retail Price will be applied to all returns and exchanges.
